My goal in this book is to bring these core ideas that I’ve been chewing on, studying and shaping with the hope that they will guide you to a better, happier life.  In my clinical experience I have found that simply embracing one or two can be incredibly powerful.  An idea that is “pivotal” in that it helps a person become “unstuck” from whatever is holding them back, can be priceless.  If you are reading or listening to these words my plea to you is that the time on your watch could be now.  And my hope for you is that your real and ideal lives become one and the same.  The path begins here.
